About

A psychiatrist with depth of experience

With extensive experience across public mental health, community psychiatry, and private practice, I offer careful, evidence-informed assessment and ongoing care for adults navigating complex mental health conditions.

I hold a current appointment providing specialist telehealth support to adult community mental health teams across the Latrobe region of Victoria, as well as a role with Each/Headspace — perspectives that inform a nuanced, compassionate approach to private practice.

How we work

Referral & booking

A GP referral is required for Medicare rebates; self-referrals are also welcome. Book online below — your confirmation includes a secure video link and our short intake form, so your first appointment starts with everything in place.

Initial assessment

Your first appointment is 60–75 minutes. We take time to understand your full history, current circumstances, and goals — without rushing.

Collaborative care plan

Together we develop a clear, honest treatment plan — which may include pharmacological approaches, referral to psychology, lifestyle recommendations, or watchful waiting.

Ongoing review

Regular appointments ensure your care remains responsive to how you are actually going. We communicate openly with your GP and treating team throughout.

Telehealth appointments All consultations are conducted via secure video (Microsoft Teams). Your video link is included automatically in your booking confirmation and reminder — no software account needed; it opens in your browser.

Cancellation policy We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee is not covered by Medicare or private health insurance. We appreciate your understanding — this policy allows us to offer appointment times to other patients in need.
